Studio Lanza acts as Court-Appointed Insolvency Administrator (Bankruptcy Trustee) in numerous proceedings before the Courts, having developed recognized expertise characterized by rigor, reliability, and the ability to manage complex situations.

Over time, the Firm has also undertaken appointments in both civil and criminal matters as Court-Appointed Technical Expert (CTU) and Party Appointed Expert (CTP), actively participating in accounting expert reports, asset reconstructions, and assessments of economic damages.
In addition to its work with the Courts, the Firm assists companies facing financial distress through concrete and up-to-date legal instruments, in accordance with the new Italian Code of Business Crisis and Insolvency. We provide support in negotiated settlements, the preparation of certified restructuring plans,
the management of relationships with financial institutions, and structured debt restructuring processes.
