• In Romania, we have assisted several companies in production relocation, thanks to the availability of skilled labor at competitive costs. We managed every phase: from company formation to accounting, as well as relationships with local consultants and authorities.

• In Hong Kong, we supported a client in establishing a distribution network in the Far East, providing operational and tax consulting on international trade in a dynamic but complex market.

• More recently, we have carried out advisory and research activities in the Free Zones of Dubai, where we have specialized in creating commercial networks for Italian companies in the Middle East, using Dubai as a strategic hub for the entire region.

Alongside this, we also provide support to foreign investors entering the Italian market, handling every aspect: company formation, accounting, banking management, relationships with institutions, and regulatory compliance.

In particular, for an American group, we managed employment contracts with bilingual texts and maintained accounting records using an English-language chart of accounts compatible with the parent company’s control procedures.
