Our History
Studio Lanza was founded in 2003 at the initiative of Dr. David Lanza with the objective of combining technical expertise, structured organization, and strategic managerial vision. From the
outset, the Firm’s professional activity was established on solid foundations: continuous study of the regulatory framework, careful attention to the formal accuracy of compliance obligations, and
the use of the most advanced available technologies.
Over the years, the Firm has progressively expanded its scope of activity, assisting companies of various sizes, professionals, public entities, and associations both in Italy and abroad. In particular,
Studio Lanza has supported internationalization projects involving foreign clients establishing operations in Italy, as well as Italian enterprises expanding into Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
A significant milestone in the Firm’s development was the investment in process digitalization and
the adoption of advanced management tools. This evolution has enhanced operational efficiency,
strengthened the monitoring of deadlines, and provided clients with a clearer and more structured understanding of their accounting and tax position. Innovation has always been pursued while
maintaining a prudent and rigorous approach, in full compliance with the principles of professional integrity.
Over time, the Firm has consolidated stable, trust-based relationships with its clients, founded on

Today, Studio Lanza also operates through two affiliated service companies: Grande Quercia STP, dedicated to payroll processing, and LZ Servizi S.r.l., specializing in internationalization services.
